This is an easy and fun halloween project.
You can use any clipart.
Here is how you can make your own.
I forgot to picture the step where i added glitter to my black painted clipart. I simply water down some gem-tac glue and paint over the shapes and sprinkle with Martha Stewart "Onyx" Glitter.
I also rubbed some Annie Sloan dark wax around the edges.
